When you use sangentod, we collect your IP address, device type (Android, iOS, desktop), browser version, and timestamp of each login and bet. We also record which games you access (sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slots, esports markets), your bet amounts, and your balance history. This data helps us detect fraud, prevent duplicate accounts, and respond to customer disputes.

- We retain account data for 7 years post-closure. Bet records are kept indefinitely. You can request deletion of non-essential data; we retain identity documents as required by law.
- Cookies
- We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies. Third-party payment providers may set cookies on their checkout pages.
Your Rights & sangentod Contact
We at sangentod allow you to access, correct, or delete your account data. To request a copy of your personal information, contact our support team via in-app Help or email. We will respond within 10 business days. If you find your data is inaccurate, you can update your profile directly in your sangentod account settings or request correction via support.
To delete your sangentod account, submit a closure request via the app. Your account balance will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. We will retain your identity documents and bet history as required by financial-crime regulations; we cannot delete these. Non-essential data (session logs, device fingerprints) is deleted 30 days after closure.
We at sangentod comply with privacy laws in jurisdictions where we operate. If you are in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, or Semarang and have privacy concerns, you can contact your local data-protection authority.
