We at sangentod set out these terms to clarify your rights and responsibilities when you access our platform. By opening an account on sangentod, you agree to follow our rules for account use, deposit and withdrawal, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction-restricted service delivery. These terms apply to all players, whether you access us via Android app, iOS web browser, or desktop.

sangentod operates under jurisdiction-restricted regulations. Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.

Account Terms & sangentod Membership

When you open an account on sangentod, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are not prohibited by local law from accessing our platform. We require valid identity documentation (Indonesian KTP or passport) and an address document (utility bill or rental agreement) to activate withdrawals. Account verification takes 2–4 business hours.

We at sangentod manage one account per person. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened under false identity, or accounts used by minors are subject to immediate closure and fund forfeiture. If we detect account sharing or use of automated tools, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.

Your account balance is held in segregated trust accounts. We do not use your funds for operational expenses. Our compliance team undergoes quarterly third-party audits to verify fund protection. You retain ownership of your balance at all times; we hold it on your behalf for transactional purposes.

Note: sangentod reserves the right to close your account if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these terms or applicable law. Closure is without prejudice to your balance, which we will return to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Deposits & Withdrawals on sangentod

We at sangentod accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). E-wallet deposits confirm instantly; bank transfers settle within standard clearing times (1–2 hours on business days, variable on weekends). We do not charge deposit fees.

Withdrawals return to your original payment method. E-wallet withdrawals settle within subject to verification to 1 hour; bank transfers take 24 hours. First withdrawal requires full account verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals (e.g. proof of funds source). Withdrawal requests placed between midnight and 6:00 AM Jakarta time are queued for next-business-day processing.

sangentod does not guarantee fixed withdrawal times. Processing times depend on payment-method clearing windows and external bank systems, which are outside our control. We do not process partial refunds; your withdrawal is all-or-nothing.

Minimum withdrawal: Typically our welcome offer. Your account balance must exceed the minimum before a withdrawal is eligible.
Verification hold: First withdrawal is subject to account verification (2–4 business hours). Subsequent withdrawals are processed immediately if verification is complete.
Payment method mismatch: Withdrawal must return to the same payment method used for deposit. If your original method is unavailable, contact sangentod support to arrange alternative settlement.

sangentod services are available only where local law permits. We determine service availability on a country and regional basis. Users in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, and Semarang may access our platform, subject to their own local regulations. If we detect access from a prohibited jurisdiction, we will suspend your account and return your balance to your registered payment method.

We at sangentod resolve disputes through the following process. First, contact our customer support team via in-app Help button, live chat, or email. Disputes are investigated within 24 hours. Technical disputes (video freezes, bet rejections, balance discrepancies) are escalated to our compliance team if support cannot resolve them. We maintain independent audit trails of all bets and payouts for verification purposes. Final dispute decisions are made by our compliance manager and are binding; no further appeal is available.

sangentod does not reverse settled outcomes. If a live-dealer hand has been completed and payout has been issued, the outcome is final. We at sangentod may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of sangentod after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app message or email.

These terms are governed by the laws of supported jurisdictions and interpreted in accordance with local regulations applicable to online gaming. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
